A Very Popular Middle Eastern Dessert With Flaky Kataifi Pastry & 100% Akkawi Cheese & Other Premium Ingredients Import From Middle East. This Set Comes With Pistachio Powder, Sugar Syrup (Syera Jasmine), & an Instruction Card Showing You How To prepare This Kanafeh.
🧀 This Kanafeh needs to be Preheated In an Oven, Pan or Air-Fryer Only.
🧀 Oven: 200c 25 mins- 40mins depending on oven.
🧀 Air Fryer: 180c 25 mins or 160c 10@15mins each side.
🧀 Pan: 15-25 mins for both sides using the lowest heat.
(This kanafeh is best consumed straight out of the oven while the Kanafeh still hot & the Akkawi Cheese is still melty, gooey, stretchy and melts in your mouth).
🧀 This Kanafeh should be kept inside the freezer if it is not ready to be eaten.
🧀 Please thaw for at least 5-6 hours at room temperature Before Preheating. (The longer the better).
🧀 To avoid your kanafeh getting burnt, please cover your kanafeh using an aluminium foil or just layer them on top of your kanafeh.
🧀 We advise you to check the kanafeh after the 1st 30 minutes. You can poke the centre of the Kanafeh using a fork/satay stick to check if the cheese is melty and gooey. If it's not ready, continue for another 5 - 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
🧀 This is normal for the premium cheese akkawi taste a bit of sourness before preheating or the cheese still stiff.
🧀 For Large Kanafeh You may cut the Large Kanafeh into cake/pizza slices. Heat up the portion that you intend to eat and may keep the remaining for later consumption. You may also heat up the whole Kanafeh after cutting it into slices for easier consumption & preheating.

Bahan yg digunakan pula ialqh bahan premium yang diimport hanya dari negara arab. Dan intinya pula menggunakan 100g Cheese Akkawi untuk yang bersize 4.5 inci & 500g cheese Akkawi untuk yang bersize 9 inci. Sangat mewah rasanya.
Golden Kanafeh tak terlalu manis kerana air gula syeera jasmine akan diberikan asing, jadi boleh siram sendiri dan kawal kemanisannya. Juga tidak muak kerana pastry yg rangup dan wangi serta cheese yg lemak masin dan semestinya tidak muak (selepas dibakar).

Very happy with the size and portion but however when I put in the oven, it did not melt the cheese. Cheese was still chewy n hard on the inside and had little sour after taste. Not sure if it was normal so I messaged Hew who replied promptly with the vendor's instructions, saying that the cheese is a premium akkawi cheese and normal to have a little bit of a sourness. Realised that I should have actually defrost even longer so that the cheese could melt but since I have cooked it the outside was already golden brown reaching burnt level. Ths syrup sauce also is different from the normal kind of air mawar ytpe we pour. its certainly unique and not very sweet but I guess the cheese had already made a negative impact for men my family. So for that, I gave 3 stars. But I feel if the cheese would have melted more, it would be better..
Every bite was filled with cheesy goodness and not to sweet.
We got their 800g Kunafe, big enough to serve 8 healthy slices.
Something new to my tastebuds ! Definitely unique and me & family really enjoyed it
